Fourteen years on Rosemary Lane, one refit, zero shortcuts.

Lustré opened in 2011 with two chairs, a borrowed kettle and a promise scribbled on the till: nobody leaves worse than they came in. Fourteen years and ten chairs later, the kettle is nicer. The promise is the same.
We stayed on the quiet end of the lane on purpose. Appointments run seven minutes longer than the industry standard, because rushing shows — in the colour, in the cut, in your shoulders.
If the reference photo won't survive your hair type, we say so — then find the version that will. If your colour needs two visits, you'll know before we mix. If a cheaper service does the job, that's the one we recommend.
It costs us a few euros here and there. It's also why chair three is booked till spring.
