The House / Rituals
The Winter Ritual.
Winter is equipment.
The foundation
Two circuits a week, cold capped at thirty seconds, breath drills in the rest hall. The group finds its rhythm; the plunge stops being a dare and becomes a door.
Group — same 24, same coach
The build
Ninety seconds, then two minutes. A Saturday snow walk to the ridge spring — robes, boots, thermoses — that photographs like a cult and feels like a choir.
Snow walk — Sat, W4
The proof
Three unhurried minutes at six degrees, breath steady, mind quiet — a thing you could not do in January. The final Sunday: the long feast in the rest hall, doors closed to the public.
Feast — W6 Sunday, included

Plain details
What it costs, what it needs
$420, everything in
Twelve coached circuits, all waters on session days, the snow walk, the feast, and a wool hat you will not give back. Members: $290.
No prior cold required
Half of every cohort has never finished a plunge. The progression exists precisely for them; the January version of you is the intended customer.
Why only twenty-four
One coach, one sauna, honest ratios. The waitlist rolls to next winter automatically — 2027's list opened in March, which we find both flattering and mildly alarming.
Week one I swore at the coach, quietly. Week six I stood in six-degree water thinking about nothing at all — first time in years.
