The House Bathe
Seven waters, one discipline.
Everything below is included in every pass unless a price says otherwise. The water is spring-fed, lab-tested weekly, and kept at its temperature to the half-degree — the board by the door shows today's readings.
The waters.
The cedar sauna
Ninety degrees, olive-wood ladles, fifteen-minute glasses. Aufguss ceremonies Friday and Sunday — towel work, eucalyptus, and a room that briefly believes in something.
Aufguss — Fri & Sun, 19:00
The plunge
Six degrees, three metres long, coached at every guided circuit. Ninety seconds, breath-led. The house rule: nobody is ever pressured in, and nobody regrets going.
Coached — every circuit
The mineral pool
The 1946 spring itself — magnesium and silica at forty-two degrees. Twenty minutes softens a week; the mineral analysis is framed beside the steps.
Minerals — Mg · SiO₂ · Ca
The salt float
Body-temperature brine dense enough to hold you. Ten minutes in, most guests lose track of their edges; we consider this the point.
Sessions — 25 min, booked
Steam, hammam & the quiet pool
Eucalyptus steam at 45°, a marble hammam slab for scrubs, and the lap-length quiet pool where conversation is a foul.
Quiet pool — silence enforced, kindly
The hands · booked, not included
Therapy with a spine.
Our therapists are employed, salaried and unhurried — nobody here works on commission, which is why nobody here upsells you a package.
