The method

Built, not born.

No mirrors-for-selfies, no machines babysitting you. Three rules run this floor — everything else is programming.

RULE / 01

Every hour is coached

Nobody wanders. A coach owns the room, the clock and your positions — from the first cue to the last rep.

RULE / 02

Load is earned

We test, we track, we progress you on numbers — not on enthusiasm. Your 1RM board lives here, not in your head.

RULE / 03

Leave better

The hour ends with a reset: down-regulated breathing, mobility, done. You walk out taller than you walked in.

Programs

Pick your discipline.

Four tracks, one floor. Mix them freely — every membership is all-access.

Anatomy of the hour

Sixty minutes, spent well.

Watch a VOLTAGE hour unfold — five blocks, zero dead time.
